AVIS Magic Netball is delighted to announce the addition of two new training partners, Kaiya Kepa and Amorangi Malesala, for the 2025 ANZ Premiership season.
19-year-old Kaiya Kepa, a rising star in New Zealand netball, is currently part of the New Zealand Under-21 World Youth Cup squad. Known for her agility and sharp decision-making, Kaiya has already made her mark on the national stage. This opportunity with Magic will allow her to further develop her skills and immerse herself in a high-performance environment as she works toward her netball aspirations.
Amorangi Malesala is a talented shooter and aspiring lawyer, who was selected for the 2024 Netball Nations Cup series, and debuted with the Silver Ferns against England last year. With plenty to offer on and off the court, Amorangi is eager to embrace the challenges of training alongside some of the best players in the league and to continue her growth as a key player in the shooting circle.
Magic Head Coach, Mary-Jane Araroa, said she was pleased to confirm the training partners and is looking forward to working with them during the season.
