A long-standing partnership between AVIS Magic and Lodge Real Estate is set to celebrate a decade of support in netball with the duo signing through to 2025.
Lodge is the leading real estate agency in Hamilton and has been backing netball in the region since 2015, having again extended its support with the Magic for their coming ANZ Premiership campaign.
They have undergone a brand refresh this year but remain well established in the Waikato, having opened their first office in Hamilton in 1969. The Lodge group is now comprised of five specialty businesses focusing on residential sales, residential property management, lifestyle sales, commercial sales and leasing and body corporate management.
AVIS Magic General Manager Justine Dixon said it meant a lot to the club to have Lodge Real Estate as a continued member of their netball whānau.
“Lodge has been a part of netball in our region for almost a decade and to have them as part of our family is really important to the Magic,” she said.
“We both share a deep connection to the community, which is why I believe this partnership continues to work.”
Lodge General Manager Jeremy O’Rourke said he was delighted to extend the strong relationship they had with netball and with the Magic.
“This is a bit of a no brainer for us,” he said. “We’ve had a fantastic association with netball in our region and in particular with AVIS Magic, so it was an easy decision to extend our support with the team.
“Like the Magic, we’ve got a new look about us this year with a brand refresh and we will both be striving for excellence in our fields. We can’t wait to watch the Magic performing on court in the ANZ Premiership.”
The Magic are in pre-season training and will launch their 2024 ANZ Premiership campaign when they host the Mystics in Hamilton on 13 April.
