On Monday 30 July, a select group of netball supporters and local business people joined Netball WBOP Board Members, staff and Magic & WBOP Beko Netball League players, for a soft launch of a new donor/patronage club for netball in the Waikato Bay of Plenty Zone – the Magic Women First Club.
Netball Waikato Bay of Plenty have the pleasure of announcing a commercial partnership with local building and construction company, ASAP Contracting, as a sponsor of the Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic.
The WBOP Magic are looking forward to the SKYCITY Mystics making an ‘expected journey’ down SH1 to face the Magic in Round 8 of the ANZ Premiership, where a special new trophy will be on the line.
After a series of scans, assessments and treatment, Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic is able to provide an update on the injuries to WBOP Magic players Kelly Jury and Sydney Fraser.
